Website use
Use this website to view restaurant information, send requests and apply for employment. Provide accurate information and use a phone number you own or are authorized to use. Do not submit another person’s information without permission, send abusive or unlawful content, or interfere with the website. Keep verification codes, interview links and document links private.
Requests and applications
A reservation form sends a request. Your reservation is confirmed only when a manager confirms it. A catering inquiry does not book an event; arrangements must be confirmed with the restaurant. Submitting a job application or scheduling an interview does not guarantee employment. Contact your selected restaurant if you need to change or cancel a request.
SMS program
The Iguana Joe’s service messaging program lets authorized restaurant staff communicate with customers and job applicants about their requests. Messages may include catering details and requested document links, reservation updates and confirmations, replies to contact or feedback messages, application updates, and interview scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling or cancellations. This program does not include promotional campaigns.
Consent and phone verification
To receive texts about your request or application, read and select the SMS consent checkbox on the corresponding form. The checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. You can submit your request or application without agreeing to ongoing text messages. We record the phone number, consent wording and time of consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can call the restaurant for assistance instead of using a text-enabled form.
Requesting a one-time verification code authorizes that verification message only. Verification does not enroll you in ongoing text messages or marketing. Verification and staff sign-in codes are handled separately through Twilio Verify.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies with your request, application and conversation with the restaurant. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your plan and charges.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to a service text to unsubscribe. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. Further service texts from that sender will stop unless you opt in again. If you have more than one request using the same phone number, opting out applies across those conversations. Opting out does not cancel your reservation, event or interview; contact the restaurant to change those arrangements.
Reply HELP for assistance, or call your selected restaurant using the numbers below. For an urgent change, call the restaurant directly. Text messages are not monitored continuously and are not an emergency service.
Delivery
Text delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you do not receive an expected confirmation, contact the restaurant.
Privacy
Read our Privacy & Text Messages notice for information about submissions, message history and consent records. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS consent information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including Twilio, process information as needed to operate this program.
Orders, gift cards and current information
Online ordering and gift-card purchases take place with the linked providers and are subject to the terms presented during checkout. Menu items, prices, hours and availability can change. Confirm details for your selected restaurant before ordering or making plans.

Updates to these terms
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Changes to these terms do not enroll you in new types of text messages or replace any consent those messages require.
